A Rare Post-Concert Experience
Following the Friday, September 4 concert, join Barry Shiffman, Jan Lisiecki, and fellow artists for a one-night-only, intimate gathering in support of the Banff International String Quartet Competition (BISQC) and Festival (BISQFest).
For more than four decades, BISQC has helped launch and sustain the careers of emerging string quartets from around the world. This year, you can help support the next generation of chamber musicians while spending an evening alongside the people that makes the festival so special.
Hosted in the newly renovated CLVB ’33, this intimate gathering will bring together fellow music lovers, artists, and supporters for a relaxed evening with Jan Lisiecki and members of the BISQC and BISQFest community. The evening will include a brief Q&A conversation, followed by drinks, hors d’oeuvres prepared by Chef Sébastien Tessier, a signature cocktail, host bar, and the opportunity to continue the evening with festival artists and fellow guests.
Admission to this special fundraising event is $250, available in advance or at the door. A charitable tax receipt for $200 will be issued for each admission purchased.
