Sea of Lettuce is an indie-rock group from Calgary, AB, with a fresh spin on the genre’s typical sound. Since forming back in late 2016, the band has gone on to develop a discography full of summer soundtracks meant to be listened to while enjoying days in the sun. The group consists of four long-time friends with a unique style that mixes together elements of indie-pop, surf rock, and vibrant acoustics all into one sound. Since their early days of performing, the band has refined a high-energy live presence that appeals to both longtime fans and new audiences.
Sea of Lettuce has released two EPs and four full-length albums, garnering strong support both locally and globally. The band has reached over 30M streams across streaming platforms, along with gaining momentum through social media and radio. Up next, their newest EP titled “Open Doors” is slated for release in April 2026 with an accompanying tour through the Rocky Mountains.
Calgary’s Zoo! is a surf-infused indie rock band that channels the raw, sunburnt spirit of the Australian rock scene while carving out a sound all their own. With jangly guitar tones, high-energy rhythms, and songs that feel equal parts laid-back and electric, Zoo! captures the thrill of late nights, long drives, and moments that demand to be lived loudly.
Since their formation, Zoo! has been steadily building a name as one of Alberta’s most exciting up-and-coming acts. They’ve released two EPs, with their latest, Wait For Me (July 2025), showcasing the band’s growth—balancing playful surf textures with grit, honesty, and undeniable hooks. The release has helped fuel their momentum, earning them a growing audience with over 2,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and a steady stream of new fans across Canada.
