Country music singer/songwriter, Darryl Anderson grew up in the small northern community of Big River, SK. Now based in Saskatoon, SK, Anderson reflects on his early years, where passion and music intertwined, inspiring him to pick up a guitar. With soulful, raw vocals that captivates audiences, Darryl has emerged as a rising star in the Canadian Country music scene. With singles like “Shots at the Bar” and “Radio Save My Soul”, Anderson is passionate about elevating his audience into feel good spaces. Darryl has garnered recognition and acclaim throughout his career.
His talent and dedication to his music has earned him multiple nominations for the Saskatchewan Indigenous Music Awards (SIMA) and the Saskatchewan Country Music Association (SCMA) Awards, including the coveted Male Artist of the Year category. In 2024, Anderson was awarded the Emerging Artist of the Year at the Saskatchewan Country Music Awards as well as winning Country Artist Of The Year in 2025 at Saskatchewan Indigenous awards.
