Event Description
Victoria Philharmonic Choir and conductor Peter Butterfield return with their annual all-ages event. Sing some favourite traditional carols, hear some seasonal gems from the VPC, expect chocolate and children’s’ voices, and enjoy the joyous and informal atmosphere that brings much of our audience back year after year!!
The choral gems this year include selections from Benjamin Britten's beloved Ceremony of Carols, which will be sung by the VPC's sopranos and altos. As always, there's a special place on the program for the younger audience members (and trainee conductors!).
Our guests are organist/pianist Robert Jan Dukarm, and Vancouver harpist Tegan Peemoeller, who was featured in our recent Gounod & Goodall performance.
Tickets are $27 regular, $11 student and free for children under 13 (must have ticket), from vpchoir/ca/upcoming
Doors will open by 6.30 pm, festival seating. Thanks for helping us save the front pews for the families with little ones.
