The Power of Co-Writing with Write On! and the Canmore Folk Festival

Event Description

Let’s write a song together as a group! Co-writing can unleash a special kind of inspiration, utilizing each other’s strengths. Depending on group size we will split off into multiple groups or do this as one larger group.

This event is taking place in collaboration with the Canmore Folk Festival, as part of Free Friday events. Registration is required. 4:30pm - 6:30pm at Canmore ArtsPlace

Feel free to bring your instruments (portable ones!).

This group session will be led by Write On! founder Nancy Laberge, YYC based singer-songwriter with the Backyard Betties (Performing at the Canmore Folk Festival on Saturday and Monday) and Artistic Director of the Rocky Mountain Listening Room. Write On! brings songwriters together to help them discover, enhance and spark their craft.
