Event Description
One of the most internationally successful Finnish string quartets, Meta4 creates music that exists in a timeless dimension where folk, early, and contemporary blur their boundaries and engage in mutual interaction. First prize winners of the International Shostakovich Quartet Competition in Moscow, the International Joseph Haydn Chamber Music Competition in Vienna, and a BBC New Generation Artist, their program features works by Leoš Janácˇek, Sally Beamish, and Robert Schumann.
Originally scheduled for a February 23rd matinee it has been rescheduled as an evening performance on May 1st 2025.
