Ready for more from THE GRIME MACHINE?! In 2012 we carry forward to grimey tradition of this ever-awesome monthly series as we take you on an unpredictable and dark timewarp through bass music - dubstep, glitchhop, dnb, ragga, tech-hop, garage, crunk and all forms of the whomp & wobble! This super sexy low frequency dance infusion will have you a grimey sweaty puddle on the floor when it's through with you. Once you've entered the Grime Machine, there's no telling where we'll end up!! STARRING! (in order of appearance):

Palletz (DJs In A Box-Zone PHactor-Victoria Dubstep) has been hittin the bass scene with with serious noise since late 2010. Starting out with none other than Dubstep, he's rounded his sound into a mash of Dub, Dnb, Electro & even Funk into his bass heavy show. Combing forces with his partner in BassCrimes (MrMacHimself), They form "The GoodfellaZ", who have been taking the west coast by storm rocking crowds everywhere they go! It wasn't long before Palletz found himself rocking the airwaves on New Zealand Radio (fevah fm), playing with names like Mark Instinct, Stylust & Emotionz, Yan Zombie, Soulfix, Bass Invaderz & Hirshee to name a few. Taking place in festivals including "JumpShip" & "Sound Clash Of The Titans 2011"With his high volume of multiple genres, you never really know just what he is about to bring out. One thing you do know is that no matter what he pulls out next you know that it will be bass heavy! That being said, Be ready for anything when this guy takes over!
SPOON :: BBI, 420 Kru | Victoria
Spoon, moving dance floors all across Vancouver Island with his mixed varieties of Drum n’ Bass and Break Beats. Starting his DJ career in 2004, Spoon has quickly rose to be one of the “Next Up and Comers”, affiliated with some of the larger Break Beat promotion crews, Breakbeat Island, 4the Music, 420 Kru and DB mint. Your not gonna know what this boy is gonna throw at you next, he is not one to be missed!

AKA The Beat Junky & Noodles formed late in 2011 they are playing Drum and Bass on a battle rig of four turntables and three mixers. There is no battle between these two boys because they are seamlessly bringing together a deep tribal pulsing sound filled with deep percussion, hand drums, heavy choirs, deep chanting, off beats, with some soulful vocals and they even have a funky side slowly creeping in. These boys are producing so much bass and know how to keep their dance floor a warm inviting place to express your self as a modern dancer, moving through an interpretation of sound. This music comes from such a deep place inside both of these boys that the outcome is unmistakably a Tribal Vision.
OUTSIDER :: Whitebird, Theory Thursdays | Victoria
Born and raised in Toronto, Outsider has been Dj’ing for nearly 7 years and his experience as a versatile Drum & Bass DJ has not gone unnoticed. This Toronto local favorite has been in the forefront of the Toronto Drum & Bass scene for many years and has played alongside the who’s who of worldwide talent such as Calibre, Darren Jay, Dom & Roland, Marcus Intalex, Mickey Finn, Noisia, Spor & Total Science. Just to name a few. Sponsorship from Black Market Records and constant live radio appearances are just part of the show. Living in Victoria B.C since early 2009 Outsider has already established him self as the new kid on the block. Since landing in B.C’s capital he has played along side worldwide talent such as Aphrodite, Benny Page, Dirtyphonics, Mat The Alien & Sigma. He also had the opportunity to close for Dieselboy at the 2009 Soundwave music festival on the Liquid Soul Stage.
