Lady AK [Abstrakt / Rype]
- Vancouver

Lady AK’s love for music has been engraved in her soul since early childhood. Growing up with parents who were professional jazz musicians was a huge inspiration. At age of four she was enrolled at a local art school in Kiev, Ukraine where she immersed rhythmic, classical piano, music theory, and singing. After moving to Canada, at age of 16, Alla’s friend taught her the essentials of mixing, peaking her interest in DJ’ing. Later in 1999 she got her first pair of turntables which came with a box-full of random records that gave her a head start.

It wasn't until 2004 that Alla took music business seriously. She swiftly compiled huge collection of tunes and since has been playing massive amount of club nights and raves in Canada, US and even Europe,... show more
