The HARVEST - Spawned in Victoria, The Harvest quickly relocated to Vancouver after realizing that sandalwood and politics weren't in the cards for them. Their sound is a mix of punk ethics, D.I.Y. personality and genuine passion for great music in a variety of styles from hard rock to blues and ska. While maintaining a steady regiment of songwriting, recording, shows and rehearsals, they've now opened a new home base in their own Aurora Studios where they're currently finishing work on their forthcoming second CD. http://www.myspace.com/myharvest

The OUTLIERS sound is best described as a democratic roar, an eclectic offering from five musicians with often competing styles and influences from the past thirty years ranging from The Clash to The White Stripes. Ultimately, the band's diversity forms a cohesive and modern sound -- one that wagers its success and credibility on their common objective to redefine rock n' roll. http://www.myspace.com/theoutliers

KICK IN THE EYE are Generation X Warrior Poets fighting the culture of mediocrity with righteous rock and roll! This is music as art. Using song, sound, and special effects, their latest CD "Sea Of Bitterness" takes listeners from the battlefields of Russia to the post-apocalyptic Forbidden Zone by way of zombie attacks and bounty killers. Fiercely independent, Kick In The Eye strive to make Do-It-Yourself a way of life. Join the Third Wave! Be a Culture Jammer! Fight for Your Future! Listen to Kick in the Eye! "One of Vancouver's great pop hopes." - Discorder http://www.myspace.com/kickintheeyemusic

LES BARONS is a five piece original alt blues rock/Americana band that draws on influences from delta blues to classic rock. Their music has a swampy voodoo feel with hints of folk and country, evoking memories of The Doors, early Rolling Stones and Neil Young. Featuring former members of The Technicians, Area 51 (aka The Area), Windwalker, The Penetrators, Buzz Saw & No Regrets, their songs document the experience of growing up in spooky rural areas with various spiritual dramas unfolding in the surrounding woods. Like crows gathering at a secret location or a midnight funeral train barrelling down to the crossroads, there ain't no stopping these cemetery blues. http://www.myspace.com/lesbarons

LAND's blues-rock sound promises to blow the roof off with their original blend of rockin' bluegrass heart and soul. Inspired by the possibilities born out of jam-based rock music, this 2 man blues-driven band focuses on tightly crafted music that's strongly rooted in spontaneity. Thrust forward on a wave of fuzz-laden grooves and reverb echoes, the vocals reveal stories of love, darkness, and hope, setting the tone for the band's inspired musical soundscape. Embracing a curiosity into the deeper origins of rock music, their sound and live energy has been compared to visionary bands like Cream and the Grateful Dead as well as retro revivalists like the White Stripes and Black Keys. http://www.myspace.com/land1977
