MAD SHADOW - Electric, charged and explosive, Mad Shadow is a throwback to the raunchy guitar rock of the '70s (Aerosmith, Zeppelin, AC/DC) and '90s (Alice in Chains, Tool, Soundgarden). Featuring acclaimed guitarist Danny Sveinson (the youngest person to ever play the Commodore Ballroom and the subject of popular CBC documentary "The Rock and Roll Kid"), the band also features drumming prodigy Josh McDonald, bassist Tyler Lindgrin and powerhouse Robert Plant-inspired vocalist Erik Olufson. http://www.myspace.com/madshadowband

LAND (formerly THE FILIGREES) - This 2 man blues-driven rock and roll band focuses on tightly-crafted feel good music, strongly rooted in the spontaneity of the jam. Influenced by Neil Young, Kings of Leon and the Rolling Stones, the band has been favourably compared to Cream and the Black Keys, and promises to blow the roof off with their original blend of rockin' bluegrass heart and soul.
