Phil was born and raised in the Yukon, but is a longtime Canmore, AB resident and a key member of the local music community. He is lead singer & guitarist of Northern Quarter, performs lots of solo shows and is currently paying tribute to Paul Simon in the Carter-Ryan Gallery production of Hazy Shade of Winter.
